England-based IT Company RSK Business Solution (RSK BSL) joins hands with the Indian partner of Gurgaon-based IT company BSL Information Technology Private Limited (BSLi) to create a consultancy service in UK under the name of RSK Business Solutions Holdings Limited.

As per the company, this deal of merger will allow both the companies to flourish its business in new regions and market.
The Managing Director of the new company said “This collaboration will help our company to cater a wide range of services to existing and new clients. And at the same time, we will maintain the levels of customer satisfaction and quality output.”

“No doubt that this deal will add a brand value to the existing customer service offered to a worldwide range of customer base,” said by the Operation Director of RSK Business Solutions Holdings Limited.

Both the companies assert on to minimizing the business risk and maximizing the business performance for their clients.

In a press release, RSK BSL said “Their principle of providing practical solutions for clients with the customized software incorporated with the traditional management values, has increased their knowledge and experience of managing people in better ways. And it is very crucial for modern working culture”.

BSLi and RSK BSL have been working together since 2009 under a partnership term. BSLi provides the back office support, technical resources and an R&D centre. Whereas RSK BSL handles the on-site consultancy, project management and risk & service assessment services to its clients.

This merger will help RSK Group to get large projects and fuel its growth in UK and US market. And it will also enable them to expand its environmental and technical operations base in India.
The new formation won’t affect any employment contract and the T&C agreed with the clients.
